Wer nicht unbedingt arbeiten muss ist in der Kirche. Das \u00f6ffentliche Leben auf Samoa kommt quasi zum erliegen. Das Dorf bereitet zum Mittagessen in einem gro\u00dfen Erdofen ein traditionelles Suomo zu. Alle, egal ob Familienmitglieder, Freunde oder G\u00e4ste sind eingeladen, an dem Festessen teilzunehmen. <!--more-->Schon irre, was die da alles aufgefahren haben. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie ein derartig lecker zubereitetes Schwein gegessen. Das wurde vorher mit ganz vielen Kr\u00e4utern und gl\u00fchenden Steinen gef\u00fcllt und dann langsam von innen und aussen gegart. Dazu eine Art Sushimisalat mit rohem Fischfilet, Tintenfischsalat, Yamswurzeln, Loloso\u00dfe, Kochbananen, Kartoffelsalat mit Ei, ein fast 80cm gro\u00dfer Red Snapper in zwei Teilen&#8230; Eine echte V\u00f6llerei.<\/p>\n<p>Abends dann etwas Wehmut. Der letzte \u201eechte\u201c Urlaubstag n\u00e4hert sich seinem Ende.
