Mein altes Hotel hat mich empfangen wie einen alten Stammgast. Erst mal lecker gegessen und danach bin ich mit einem v\u00f6llig bekifften Taxifahrer ins Medical Center gefahren, um meinen Fu\u00df ansehen zu lassen. Ich war vor 4 Tagen durch Unachtsamkeit ausgerutscht und hatte mir einen tiefen Cut in der Ferse zugezogen.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Meine provisorische Erste Hilfe hat nicht wirklich dazu beigetragen die Wunde sauber zu halten. Und \u00c4rzte gibt es auf den Inseln auch nicht. Aber hier ist man dann ja wieder &#8222;bestens&#8220; versorgt. Die \u00c4rztin hat dann erst mal die Wunde richtig gereinigt und alles \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige und abgestorbene weggeschnitten. Der Taxifahrer war nat\u00fcrlich die ganze Zeit dabei und fand das sichtlich interessant. Mal ein komplett anderes &#8222;Behandlungszimmer&#8220; als bei uns im technokratischen Westen. Wir waren erst um 19:00 im Hafen in Nadi. Eigentliche Ankunftszeit ist 17:30.
